We are celebrating our 20th Year Under The Bridge and On The Water!

There are three seasons for crew:  Fall, Winter and Spring.  The Fall and the Winter seasons are considered club sports.  These seasons are used as training seasons in preparation for the Spring Season.  The Spring Season is the competitive season.


The Fall and Winter seasons each have a required fee.  Money is due at first practice or at the parent meeting.  Payment can be made by check or via TeamSnap.  Ocean City High School does not pay for coaches during Fall and Winter Seasons. These seasons are run by the Ocean City Crew Boosters.  The school also does not provide transportation to the boat house after school.   This is the responsibility of the rower.

OCHS Spring Crew 2024

Payment Breakdown:

  • Tent fee- $200 paid via Team Snap ($350 for more than one child)

  • Indoor Rowing Competition- $25 paid via Team Snap if participating

  • Workbond- $350 but can be worked off- give check to your liaison

  • Raffle tickets- sell the tickets and turn in the collected $600 to the mailbox at boathouse

2) Register with US Rowing (for insurance purposes)

3) Registration on Team Snap:
To complete the registration on TeamSnap you will need the rower's US Rowing ID# and expiration date. We have attached instructions for Registering on US Rowing 2024.pdf.

In Team Snap:
The rower’s information should be entered as "Player Info" or “Participant 1 Info” in Step 1. (Including the rower's email and phone information)

Parent/Guardian Information should be entered during Step 2.

4)  Each athlete must order the quarter-zip jacket from the online crew store (part of the required uniform- again it’s a one time purchase)

5)  Each athlete will have the option to order the Boathouse jacket (size up 1-2 sizes!) Traditionally, freshmen/novice will receive their coats at the spring banquet
