Ocean City High School Crew


We are celebrating our 16th Year Under The Bridge and On The Water!
There are three seasons for crew, Fall, Winter and Spring. The Fall and the Winter seasons are considered club sports. These seasons are used as training seasons in preparation for the Spring Season. The Spring Season is the competitive season.
The Fall and Winter seasons each have a required fee. Money is due at first practice. Make checks payable to: Ocean City Crew Boosters. Ocean City High School does not pay for coaches during Fall and Winter Seasons. These seasons are run by the Ocean City Crew Boosters. The school does not provide transportation to the boat house after school. This is the responsibility of the rower.
2019 Fall Crew
Upperclassmen Girls will begin on Monday, September 5th, 2019 at the Boatyard. Upperclassmen Boys will begin on Monday, September 9th, 2019 at the Boatyard.
Freshman Boys will begin Fall Crew on Monday, September 16th at the boatyard.
Freshman Girls will begin Fall Crew on Monday, September 23th at the boatyard.

2019 Spring Crew
Spring Crew officially begins in Feb. This includes the competitive regatta season. A registration form must be completed and turned in at the kick off meeting along with a completed, current Physical form that must be handed in to the school nurse. Physical forms can be obtained from the nurse's office. All rowers must also be registered with U.S. Rowing. You can do this online http://www.usrowing.org/.
Mandatory Fees: It is expected that all rowers pay the required mandatory fees and fulfill the required fundraising events.
$200.00 Tent Fee ($100.00 for each additional rower in family) and a $250.00 refundable Volunteer Bond.
Fundraising Requirements:
Dinner Club $300.00/Family
50/50 Tickets $200.00/Family
