Girls' Camp Dates (ages 13-18)
Session 1: June 12 - 16
Session 2: June 19 - 23
Session 3: June 26 - 30
The United States Naval Academy Athletic Association is proud to present the Navy Rowing Camp for Girls and and Women. To maximize individual attention, enrollment is limited so early application is encouraged.
The camps are conducted on the grounds of the historic Naval Academy, located in Annapolis, Maryland. Campers will be thoroughly schooled in all aspects of rowing: technically, mentally, and physically.
Ready Set Row is heading to St. Andrew's School in Middletown Delaware Summer 2016! Dates: June 20-July 17, 2016;
June 20-July 11 Training in DE;
July 12-July 17 Competition in OH.
ErgKarma 2016
Dates: July 11th - August 5th
We will train 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) from approximately 8:00 am - 11:30 am at Robert Gillin Boathouse on Kelly Drive in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

One of the main goals of ErgKarma ~ Summer 2016 will be lowering your 2000 meter score to help you get into the boat or program you want to be in. Therefore, daily training and technique on the ergs will be prioritized over this 4-week camp. We provide a safe, supportive, judgment-free environment where rowers can work on their individual goals without criticism or negative energy. We are all on our own journey, so if you fear the erg, are unhappy with your current erging performance, or simply want to lower your 2k score this summer - you are taking the right first step by joining us.
SJRC Summer Competitive Team
The SJRC Summer Competitive Team is open to High School aged, experienced rowers.
Practice Times:
June 6th @ 4 PM.
Parents Informational Meeting will be held at the conclusion of practice.
June 6th through June 17th
Monday thru Friday 4 PM to 6:30 PM
Saturdays TBD based off regatta schedule and river availability. Expect morning hours.
Practice then changes on June 20 to 6 AM to 8:30 AM Monday thru Friday

June 18 Schuylkill Navy Regatta – Philadelphia, PA

July 1 thru 3 Independence Day Regatta – Philadelphia, PA

July 13 to 17 US Rowing Club Nationals — Bethel, OH (just east of Cincinnati) Travel will require a departure on July 11 and return late on July 17.

July 23 Philadelphia Youth Regatta – Philadelphia, PA

August 2nd – 8th Canadian Henley – St. Catherines, ON (CAN) Travel information will be based off race schedule. Only crews that qualify will attend this regatta. Qualifying standards to be discussed at start of the summer race season.
Cost: $1,025 (includes uniform, race entry fees for all hotel and transportation to Cincinnati, OH but does NOT include travel for Canadian Henley).
